This wall lamp sale is a one-time clearance sale; all items are being sold at a loss. After the clearance sale ends, this sales channel will be closed, and there will be no restocking or continued operation.
II. Billing Terms
Product Price: The price listed is a clearance price, already below cost.
Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the actual delivery address, and will be clearly stated at checkout.
Taxes: If applicable, borne by the buyer.
Payment Method: Credit Card/Debit Card/Third-Party Payment Platform (subject to the checkout page).
Billing Confirmation: Placing an order indicates your agreement to complete payment for the total amount shown on the page (including product cost and shipping fee). Due to the clearance sale nature, no price matching or price difference compensation will be provided.
One-Time Sale Confirmation: This transaction is a one-time clearance sale; there are no membership points, subsequent discounts, or eligibility for repeat purchases.
III. Order Processing and Shipping (Shipping Location: USA)
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed on the same day they are placed (business days. If processing cannot be completed on the same day, it will be processed on the next business day).
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 2 days after shipment (within the United States; actual delivery time may vary slightly due to factors such as the logistics carrier and weather).
Shipping Location: USA
Logistics Carrier: Designated by us; designated logistics carriers are not accepted during clearance sales.
IV. Returns and Refunds
Return Period: Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return Conditions: The product must be uninstalled, unused, in its original packaging, and not affect resale (clearance items do not support returns without reason, only for quality issues or incorrect shipments).
Return Shipping Costs: We will bear the return shipping costs incurred due to quality issues or incorrect shipments; returns for other reasons are not accepted.
Refund Arrival Time: After we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 days.
Refund Amount: Full refund of the actual payment amount (excluding original order shipping fees, unless the return is due to our responsibility).
V. After-Sales Restrictions: Due to the nature of this clearance sale, this product does not offer additional warranty or exchange services. Only the above 30-day return and refund policy applies.
VI. Other Notes: These terms of service only apply to this clearance sale and will automatically expire after the clearance sale ends.
In case of any dispute, both parties should resolve it amicably through negotiation.
