Due to ongoing losses, we have decided to clear out all our wall lamp inventory at a loss. Please read the following return policy carefully before purchasing.
I. Return Period
You may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
After 30 days, no return requests will be accepted.
II. Return Conditions
This clearance sale does not support returns without a reason. Returns are only accepted in the following two situations:
Quality Issues: The wall lamp has obvious damage, missing parts, or is not working, affecting normal use.
Wrong Item Received: The style, color, or specifications of the wall lamp you received do not match your order.
Returns are not accepted for the following situations:
Personal subjective reasons such as dislike, not meeting expectations, or incorrect size.
Installed, used, incomplete packaging, or man-made damage to the product.
Minor dents on the outer packaging caused by logistics transportation (not affecting the integrity of the internal goods).
III. Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Submit a return request through customer service within 30 days, providing the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos/video evidence.
Obtain Return Authorization: After customer service approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and a return address within the United States.
Return the Goods: Please return the goods in their original packaging (including all accessories, instructions, etc.) within 7 days of receiving authorization. Please keep your shipping receipt.
Pending Inspection: We will conduct a quality check upon receiving the returned goods.
Refund Arrival: After confirming that the return meets the conditions, the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 3 days.
IV. Return Shipping Costs
Quality Issues or Wrong Items Received: We will bear the return shipping costs. You need to pay the shipping cost upfront (please do not use collect on delivery), and we will refund the shipping cost along with the refund (up to the standard shipping cost, based on valid shipping receipt).
Unsuitable Return Conditions: The goods will be refused delivery or returned to you, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
V. Refund Instructions
Refund Amount: A full refund based on the actual amount you paid for the goods (excluding the original order’s shipping fee, unless the return is our fault).
Refund Arrival Time: After we confirm that the return meets the conditions, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 days (credit card/debit card/third-party payment platform; the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of each bank).
Partial Refund: If the same order contains multiple items and only part of them are returned, only the amount of the corresponding items will be refunded.
VI. Situations Where Returns Are Not Possible: Returns after the 30-day return period; No proof of purchase or order verification; Items that have been installed, used, have damaged packaging, or are damaged by the customer; Items returned without contacting customer service (without a return authorization code); Clearance sale items are clearly marked “No Returns or Exchanges” (if applicable, this is stated separately on the product page).
VII. Special Notes for Clearance Returns: This is a one-time clearance sale and exchanges are not offered. If you need the same item, please apply for a return and place a new order (but this is while supplies last).
The return channel will be closed after the clearance sale ends. Please be sure to complete your application within 30 days.
