CARRIAGE TERMS

Due to continued losses, we have decided to clear out all our wall lamp inventory at a loss. Please read the following logistics information carefully before purchasing.

I. Shipping Information
Shipping Location: USA

Order Processing Time: Processed on the same day (business day). Packaging and delivery to the logistics carrier will be completed on the same day.

Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within the US (2 days after shipment).

Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, it can be completed within 2 days (e.g., processed and shipped on Monday, estimated delivery on Wednesday).

Note: Shipping time is only an estimate and may fluctuate slightly due to factors such as logistics carrier capacity, weather, and holidays. This is not a guarantee.

II. Logistics Carriers
During the clearance sale, we will uniformly designate logistics carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., subject to actual shipment). We do not accept buyer-specified or changed courier companies, nor do we provide expedited services.

III. Logistics Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can check the real-time shipping status on the carrier’s website using the tracking number.

If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact customer service for assistance (customer service response may be slightly delayed during clearance sales, please understand).

IV. Signing Instructions

Inspection Upon Delivery: We recommend that you inspect the outer packaging for damage upon delivery. If you find the packaging severely damaged, deformed, or opened, you can take photos and refuse to accept the package, and contact customer service immediately.

Receipt at Collection Point: If the package is placed in a courier locker, property management office, or collection point, it is considered that you have entrusted someone else to receive it on your behalf, and the transportation risk transfers to you after signing.

Not Received Goods: If the logistics shows that the package has been signed for but you have not actually received it, please contact the logistics carrier and customer service as soon as possible.

V. Return Shipping Logistics (Returns within 30 Days)

Return Time: Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt (only for quality issues or incorrect shipments; returns without reason are not supported).

Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs incurred due to quality issues or incorrect shipments. Please do not use collect on delivery (COD) shipments; you must pay the shipping cost upfront, and we will refund it with your refund (upon presentation of valid shipping receipt).

Return Address: Please contact customer service for return authorization and a return address within the United States (this may differ from the originating location; please refer to customer service for the correct address).

Refund Arrival Time: After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 days.

VI. Clearance Logistics Special Notes: Due to clearance sales and limited manpower, we cannot provide same-day, next-day, or specific-time delivery services.

We prioritize cost and efficiency when selecting logistics carriers and do not guarantee a fixed courier service.

This logistics channel and after-sales service will be closed after the clearance sale ends.
