Due to continuous losses, we have decided to clear out all our wall lamp inventory at a loss. Below are some frequently asked questions and answers.

I. About Orders and Shipping

Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order?

A: Order processing time is on the same day (working day). Orders will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Q: Where is the shipping location? How long does shipping take?

A: The shipping location is the United States. Delivery is expected within 2 days after shipment (within the United States; actual delivery may vary slightly due to logistics or weather).

Q: Can I expedite the process or specify a courier company?

A: During the clearance sale, we do not accept expedited processing or requests to specify a logistics carrier. All shipments will be arranged by us.

II. About Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return items? What is the return period?

A: Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt. Please note that clearance items do not support returns without a reason; returns are only accepted for quality issues or incorrect shipments.

Q: What are the conditions for a return? A: Goods must be uninstalled, unused, in their original packaging, and not affect resale.

Q: Who bears the return shipping cost?

A: We bear the return shipping cost for quality issues or incorrect shipments. Returns for other reasons are not accepted.

Q: How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

A: After we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 3 days. The refund amount will be the actual payment amount (excluding the original order’s shipping cost, unless the return is our fault).

III. Regarding Clearance Sales

Q: Why are the prices so low?

A: Due to continuous losses, we have decided to clear out all inventory at a loss. All wall lamps are being sold below cost.

Q: Will we continue selling after the clearance sale ends?

A: No. This is a one-time clearance sale. This sales channel will be closed after the clearance sale ends, and we will not restock or continue operating.

Q: Is there a warranty or exchange service?

A: There is no additional warranty or exchange service. After-sales service only applies to the above 30-day return and refund terms. IV. Other Questions

Q: Can I change the address or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can try to modify or cancel it; once processed and shipped on the same day, it cannot be changed.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem with the received goods?

A: Please take photos to keep evidence and contact customer service within 30 days to apply for a return and refund. We will process it according to the above refund terms.

Q: Will there be any subsequent discounts or membership points?

A: No. This is a one-time clearance sale; there are no membership points, subsequent discounts, or eligibility for repeat purchases.
